Raclette

Okay, first you've seen the meals that I've made for myself. While they work for me, it is SUPER NICE to be invited elsewhere and to get to experience France through France's food.

Here is something I don't ever remember eating before though I've known about it, studied it, and taught it to kids. Here are pictures of a RACLETTE, named after the cheese. Typically, it is meant for colder times of the year and I'm not usually here for the fall or winter seasons. Basically, you take your cheese, put it on the tray (with the little red handle) and melt it up. Then you eat it with the meats, potatoes, bread, etc.

  1. You understand that this is something I want to eat, right? I mean cheese, meat, potatoes and bread!? It's like family dinner.
