The French v. the Indians

So, if this works, I will have posted video of the French Cultural presentation. This whole event was amazing, I thought, but I will say that a couple of other cultures have a huge advantage. In the same way that the Americans would have struggled to find a "common" dance, song, poem, or whatever to present, the French are in the same boat. The Indians, Mexicans, Colombians, however had so much traditional stuff with them, I wonder how they were able to pack anything else!

  1. Ah, culture... You know the saying. "C'est comme la confiture: moins on en a, plus on l'étale!" So what does that say about La Vie en Rose? Would Americans represent their culture by singing a song from the 40's? Or would they choose a Hollywood score, or something by Sinatra or Elvis... for recognition purposes, of course. What did you present anyway?
