Some friends came to see me from Minneapolis during the first week of my vacation. Here is a view of the week that we spent. Needless to say, there is a good reason I'm not a cook. I'll have to spend 3 weeks losing what I gained with my friends around. Two things I loved: amount and presentation. The French sure do know how to show off their culinary skills...
On Tuesday, February 10, we went to Montpellier's premier restaurant: Le Jardin De Sens. I had waited until February knowing that of all my friends coming to see me, these two would totally love this dining experience. We were not disappointed. Here is a photo of each course. (You can put me in the fancy restaurant, but I'll still have my camera....)
Here is the order of the meal:
amuse-bouche, appetizer, course 1, course 2, the dessert amuse-bouche, and the real dessert... I am not sure I can tell you the whole menu again, but it was regional food and it was great!!
